Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our product catalogue, select your product, choose your options (size, material, quantity), and add to cart. You can then proceed to checkout and pay securely online.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop), and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. For best results, please submit print-ready files in CMYK colour mode at 300 DPI.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! If you don't have a ready design, we can help. Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form with your requirements, and our design team will assist you.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes, we offer sample prints for most products. Contact us for sample pricing and delivery options. Sample costs are typically adjusted against your bulk order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement, provided production has not started. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp for urgent changes.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets — all processed securely through Razorpay. International payments are supported via Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never store your payment details. All transactions are processed through Razorpay and Stripe, which are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security certification.
Do you offer bulk pricing or discounts?
Yes, quantity discounts are built into our pricing engine. As you increase your order quantity, the per-unit price automatically decreases. The exact discount tiers are shown on each product page.
Delivery
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners. Delhi NCR orders typically arrive faster (1-2 business days after production). Free shipping is available on orders above ₹5,000.
What is the turnaround time?
Most products are ready in 1-3 business days. Complex products like booklets, custom packaging, or large-format items may take 5-7 business days. Express options are available for select products.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status anytime from the My Orders section of your account.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a reprint or refund at no extra cost.

What paper weights and materials do you offer?
We offer a wide range: from 130gsm art paper for flyers to 400gsm for premium business cards. Material options include matte, glossy, textured, kraft, metallic, and recycled paper — specific options vary by product.
Can you print custom sizes?
Yes! Our large-format products (banners, posters, signage) support fully custom dimensions. You can enter exact width and height in centimetres, and the price is calculated automatically.
What finishing options are available?
Depending on the product, we offer matte lamination, glossy lamination, raised UV coating, foiling (gold, silver, custom colours), spot UV, embossing, and die-cutting.
