Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of jskprinting.com and the printing services offered by JSK Printing Company, New Delhi, India. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Artwork

  • • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • • You are responsible for ensuring your artwork/design files are print-ready, in the correct format (PDF, AI, PSD, or high-resolution JPG/PNG), and in CMYK colour mode at 300 DPI.
  • • We are not responsible for errors in submitted artwork, including spelling, colour accuracy on uncalibrated screens, or low-resolution images.
  • • Minor colour variations between screen display and printed output are normal and not grounds for a refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (18%).
  • • Prices are calculated in real-time based on your selected options and quantity.
  • • Payment is required at the time of order placement via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or Stripe (international cards).
  • • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Production & Delivery

  • • Production timelines vary by product (typically 1-7 business days) and are displayed on each product page.
  • • Production begins after payment confirmation and artwork approval.
  • • We deliver pan-India via trusted courier partners. Delhi NCR orders may qualify for express delivery.
  • • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹5,000.
  • • Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided production has not started.
  • • Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible as printed products are custom-made.
  • • If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a reprint or full refund at our discretion.
  • • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

You warrant that all designs and artwork submitted for printing are owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and licences to reproduce them. JSK Printing is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from artwork submitted by customers. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or costs incurred from delayed delivery.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at jskprinting.com/privacy-policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
