Production times vary by product and are displayed on each product page. Here is a general guide:

Production begins after payment confirmation and artwork approval.
Delivery
- • Pan-India delivery via trusted courier partners
- • Delhi NCR: 1-2 business days after production
- • Metro cities: 2-4 business days after production
- • Rest of India: 4-7 business days after production
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹5,000. For orders below this threshold, shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and package weight, and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status from the My Orders section of your account.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the damaged items. We will arrange a reprint or refund at no additional cost. For lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide a resolution within 5-7 business days.
